Applicants are required to fill in the following information in the registration form:-

  • Organization information; Name and Physical address of the organization.

  • Activities of the organization; Short description of Organization activities as per registration documents.

  • Management staff;Name and details of head of the organisation, and other two leaders of Management level.

  • Login Details; Official email address and password of the applying entity/organization or of the authorised officer designated as contact person.
